Feedback & Contact
We read every message
Found a bug, have an idea for a new wheel, or just want to say hello? We'd love to hear from you.

Before you write
- Check the tools list — the wheel you need may already exist under a different name.
- The step-by-step guide covers every tool, and the FAQ on the main page answers the most common questions.
- For privacy questions, see the Privacy Policy; for cookies, the Cookie Policy.
Reporting a bug
Bug reports are genuinely welcome, and the more specific they are the faster they get fixed. The most useful message tells us:
- Which wheel you were using, and what you were trying to do.
- What happened instead of what you expected.
- Your browser and device — for example "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone".
- A screenshot if anything looked wrong on screen.
If a wheel behaves oddly, it is worth trying it in a private window first. That rules out a stale saved copy in your browser and tells us whether the problem is in the code or in the stored data.
What we can and cannot help with
Some things we simply have no way to do, and it saves you time to know which:
- We cannot recover a lost wheel. Wheels are stored in your own browser and never reach our servers, so there is no copy for us to look up. If a wheel matters, use File → Save wheel file or keep its Share link.
- We cannot tell you who won a draw you ran. Results stay on your device too.
- We can fix bugs, add tools, correct translations, block an advertiser, and help you get an embedded wheel working on your own site.
Other kinds of message
- Accessibility problems go to the front of the queue. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and any assistive technology you use — see the Accessibility Statement.
- A problem advert — misleading, offensive, broken, or breaking the rules in our Advertising Disclosure. Include the page and a screenshot; we can block specific advertisers and categories.
- Copyright and DMCA notices have their own requirements, listed on the Copyright & DMCA page. Use the subject line given there.
- Feature requests — tell us what you are trying to achieve, not only the feature you have in mind. Knowing the underlying task often leads to a better answer than the one requested.
- Translations. If something reads awkwardly in your language, the exact wording and the page it is on is all we need.
Response times
Picker Wheel is run by a small team, so replies are not instant. Accessibility reports and anything that stops the tool working outright are handled first. You may not get a reply to every note, but every message is read, and a good number of the features on the site started as an email from someone using it.
